There are photos and detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise as well as repetitions, frequency, time, duration and sets all provided! Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, or to reschedule please email, text or call the office 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance there will be a same service charge as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule a cancel appointment within the same week, the cancelation fee will be waived. If you do not show to your appointment there will be a same service charge for a no show fee. If payment is not received prior to appointment, you cannot be seen. Thank you!
