Cardinal Gymnastics: Gym SAFE Screen

Your child will be asked to perform common gymnastic movements while Dr. Greene uses the Gym SAFE movement screen to assess their gymnastics movements. After the assessment you and your child will receive a written report of the results of your child’s gymSAFE screen. The results will be explained.

Hello Parents and Gymnasts!
Thank you for registering for the gymSAFE Movement Screen. We are so looking forward to working with the athletes and coaches at West Valley Gymnastics.
The mission of our non-profit organization is to provide gymnastics professionals and athletes with the tools and knowledge to prevent gymnastics-related injuries. We are passionate about keeping athletes injury and pain-free.
The gymSAFE Screen is a standardized test that consists of gymnastics-specific tasks chosen to indicate movement dysfunctions linked to common gymnastics injuries. The screen takes 15 minutes per gymnast.
In order to complete registration, we need you to complete the following items:
