Service Description

Dr. Ezara Greene, PT, DPT will run through several detailed biomechanical tests with your gymnast, dancer or cheerleader looking specifically at repulsion, take off, landing mechanics, loading, stability, and basic form/shapes. This is a great follow up assessment after the injury prevention screen to fine tune the gymnastics skills your gymnast needs. There is a $54 non refundable deposit to book this appointment to reserve your appointment time. Again, this is non-refundable. Full payment for the Evaluation is due at the time of service. ***There is a $8 additional gym fee and a premium rate for all Saturday Appointments! This appointment type is not reimbursable by insurance and will therefore not be itemized into a Superbill. ATTN: This service is not covered my government issued insurance (ie. Medicaid, Medicare Part A and B and Tricare) and therefore is not reimbursable and will not be itemized into a Super Bill.
