Service Description

This is a one on one session with Dr. Ezara Greene, PT, DPT where she will examine, assess, diagnose and come up with a plan of care for your injured athlete. These injuries could range from acute to chronic. Set up an appointment today! Remember to wear loose clothing (leotards not required), and arrive 15 minutes early for additional paperwork. ***There is a $8 additional gym fee and a premium rate for all Saturday Appointments!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, or to reschedule please email, text or call the office 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance there will be a same service charge as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule a cancel appointment within the same week, the cancelation fee will be waived. If you do not show to your appointment there will be a same service charge for a no show fee. If payment is not received prior to appointment, you cannot be seen. Thank you!
