Service Description

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) plays a vital role in helping athletes and high-performing individuals manage edema following injury or surgery by promoting efficient fluid movement and reducing inflammation. By decreasing swelling and tissue congestion, MLD can improve range of motion, comfort, and overall mobility, allowing patients to progress more confidently through rehabilitation. This reduction in edema also enhances circulation and tissue healing, supporting faster recovery timelines and decreasing the risk of secondary complications such as stiffness or delayed muscle activation. When integrated into a comprehensive rehabilitation program, manual lymphatic drainage helps optimize performance outcomes by restoring function more efficiently and safely returning athletes to peak activity levels. Payment is due day of service in full. There is a 3.49% processing fee or $0.49 per transaction reflected in final payment. Thank you! ***Please note: there is a premium rate applied for Holiday, emergency and weekend (Saturday/Sunday) appointments! ATTN: We are a cash-based, fee-for-service medical practice and do not accept insurance of any kind. This service is not covered my government issued insurance (i.e. Medicaid, Medicare Part A and B and Tricare) and therefore is not reimbursable and will not be itemized into a Super Bill. Please check with your insurance before using an HSA or FSA card on this service type, as it may not be covered. Perfect 10.0 Physical Therapy is also not responsible for the amount (if any) of reimbursement from your insurance company or any ICD 10/CPT codes that may not be covered by your specific insurance plan/policy. Please contact your insurance company directly for further information regarding your insurance policy. THIS SERVICE IS NON-FUNDABLE. Payment is due prior to the appointment booking This service is provided by a licensed physical therapist and is delivered as part of a structured physical therapy plan of care. Treatment interventions are selected based on individualized evaluation findings, clinical judgment, and patient-centered goals. Language such as ‘injury prevention’ and ‘performance improvement’ reflects risk reduction and functional enhancement strategies supported by clinical assessment, not guaranteed outcomes.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, or to reschedule please email, text or call the office 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance there will be a same service charge as a cancellation fee. This policy applies regardless of reason. If you reschedule a cancel appointment within the same week, the cancelation fee will be waived. If you do not show to your appointment there will be a same service charge for a no show fee. If payment is not received prior to appointment, you cannot be seen. There is a $54 non refundable deposit fee to reserve your booked Evaluation appointment time. AGAIN, this is a non-refundable deposit and is NOT associated with the cost of the Initial Evaluation. Full payment for the Evaluation is due at the time of service and will be billed to the card we have on file. Pricing can be found in the New Patient Paperwork located on our Home Page under "More" pages 25-26. Please email admin@perfect10pt.org for specific pricing questions for this service or your specific gym affiliation. The New Patient Paperwork must be filled out and sent back 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or we will cancel the appointment. You can find the paperwork on our website listed under "More" and we will email you a copy as well to the email address listed with booking. We also require a credit card to be placed on file or the patient cannot be seen per our policy. ATTN: We are a cash-based, fee-for-service medical practice and do not accept insurance of any kind. To ensure fairness and accommodate all patients’ needs, Perfect 10.0 Physical Therapy maintains a 24-hour booking and cancellation policy. This policy applies regardless of reason. -Same-Day Scheduling Fee: A 50% surcharge will be applied to appointments scheduled on the same day as the request. -Late Appointment Request Fee (<24 Hours): A 50% surcharge will be applied to any appointment requested less than 24 hours in advance. Exception for Waitlist Patients: Please note this policy does not apply to patients contacted from the waitlist due to a same-day cancellation. ***Please note: there is a premium rate applied for Holiday, emergency and weekend (Saturday/Sunday) appointments.
