Service Description

Follow-up sessions following the Biomechanical Initial Evaluation/Screen to work on problem areas found during the evaluation. Follow Up Performance Improvement (Screen) Appointment. Payment is due prior to appointment time in full. There is a 3.49% processing fee or $0.49 per transaction associated with Square reflected in final payment. Thank you! ***There is a $8 additional gym fee and a premium rate for all Saturday Appointments!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, or to reschedule please email, text or call the office 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance there will be a same service charge as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule a cancel appointment within the same week, the cancelation fee will be waived. If you do not show to your appointment there will be a same service charge for a no show fee. If payment is not received prior to appointment, you cannot be seen. Thank you!
