Service Description

Prior to the appointment all paperwork must be filled out with payment received on the day of service. Screening will be performed before dry needling begins! Remember to stay hydrated throughout the day as well. ***There is a $8 additional gym fee and a premium rate for all Saturday Appointments!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, or to reschedule please email, text or call the office 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance there will be a same service charge as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule a cancel appointment within the same week, the cancelation fee will be waived. If you do not show to your appointment there will be a same service charge for a no show fee. If payment is not received prior to appointment, you cannot be seen. Thank you!
